How can You Memorise Your dreams?

Below are a few tips that mostly likely to work for sure. Try to follow them .

1. Make a will that you will remember your dream tonight. That will induce a signal to your subconscious for remembering your dream .How does that happen? alright I give you the example: You might have noticed if you have to catch a train or plane next day early morning like you say 5am .Before you will sleep you will be worried I should set the alarm in your watch or your cell phone for it but before you do that your subconscious automatically registers the exact time and wakes you up even before the alarm rings up. Some of you might remember waking up several times at that night before the exact time. So that’s the proof that your subconscious is self aware and will do what you want him to do, it only requires Believing, because if you won't have faith in yourself it might not work.

2. Keep a pen and paper beside you or near your bed, so that whenever you wake up at night after you see a dream, you could write it down easily as some people find it difficult to remember what they saw in dream at night and in most of the cases people don't even remember they had any dream at all .So the purpose of keeping a pen and pencil is merely to not forget your dreams. You can also use your laptop, cell phone, digital diary .As we only want to remember the account of dreams.

3. The question will arise in your mind that what to save from the dream .So what you have to pay attention to and  in times you will have lucid dreams too .Write down all account of what happened in the dream like Was it darker / night or bright day light/  light  in the dream ? What was the time of dream if you remember that? Mention the date of dream? Write about the whole scene architecture, buildings, rooms , people , their clothes . What your emotions were in the dream and what you felt after you woke up? Gather every little bit of information that you remember. As it’s very helpful in dream interpretation.

How many Kinds of Dreams are there?

There are several kinds of dreams we see.Below are their Description .

1.Day Dreaming :-
Daydreaming occurs when you are semi-awake. It is the impulsive imagining or evoking of various images or experiences in the past or future. You allow your fancy to run away from you. When you daydream, you are retrieving your right brain, which is the creative and feminine side of your personality.

2. Lucid dreams  :-

Lucid dreams occur when you understand you are dreaming. "Wait a second. This is only a dream!" Most dreamers wake themselves up once they realize that they are dreaming. Other dreamers have refined the skill to remain in the lucid state of dreaming. They become an active participant in their own dreams, making choices in their dreams and inducing the dream's outcome without awakening.

 3. False awakening  dreams :-
Have you ever understood you have waken up and gone about your daily morning routine: getting up, brushing your teeth, eating breakfast and going to work, only to wake up "again" and realize that what just happened is just a dream. That feeling is referred to as a false awakening.

4. Nightmares :-
A nightmare is a disturbing dream that causes you to wake up feeling nervous and frightened. Nightmares may be an answer to real life pain and situations. These type of nightmares fall under a special category called Post-traumatic Stress Nightmare (PSN). Nightmares may also occur because you have ignored or refused to accept a particular life situation. Research shows that most people who have regular nightmares have a family history of psychiatric complications, are involved in a unsteady relationship or have had bad drug experiences. These people may have also expected suicide.  Nightmares are an hint of a fear that needs to be recognized and opposed. It is a way for the subconscious to wake up and take notice.

5. Recurring dreams :-
Recurring dreams repeat themselves with little difference in story or theme.  These dreams may be constructive, but most often they are nightmarish in content.  Dreams may recur because a struggle shown in the dream remains unsolved or unnoticed. Once you find a resolution to the problem, your recurring dreams will cease.

6. Healing dreams :-

Healing dreams help as messages for the dreamer in respect to their health. The Ancient Greeks called these dreams "prodromic". Many dream experts believe that dreams can help in avoiding possible health problems and healing when you are ill or when you are heartbroken. Research shows that asthma and migraine sufferers have certain types of dreams before an attack. Your bodies are able to communicate to your mind through dreams. The dreams can "tell" you that something is not quite right with your bodies even before any physical signs show up. Dreams of this nature may be telling the dreamer that he or she needs to go to the dentist or doctor. If you can understand the language of dreams, your dreams will serve as an valuable early warning system. They can help inform , advice and heal.

7.  Prophetic dreams  :-
Prophetic dreams, also discussed to as psychic dreams, are dreams that seemingly predict the future.  One balanced theory to explain this occurrence is that your dreaming mind is able to piece together bits of information and observation that you may normally overlook or that you do not seriously consider. In other words, your unconscious mind knows what is coming before you consciously piece together the same information.

8.  Signal dreams :-
Signal dreams help you how to solve problems or make decisions in your waking life.

9.  Epic dreams :-
Epic dreams (also referred to as Great Dreams, Galactic Dreams or Mystical Dreams) are so vast, so convincing, and so rich that you cannot ignore them. The details of such dreams remain with you for years, as if you just dreamt it last night. These dreams hold much beauty and contain many classic symbology .  When you wake up from such a dream, you feel that you have discovered something deep or remarkable about yourself or about the world. It feels like a life-changing experience.

10. Progressive dreams :-
Progressive dreams happen when you have a order of dreams that continue over a period of nights. The dream continues where you left off the previous night. Such dreams are problem-solving dreams and help to discover different options and various approaches to a problem, situation or relationship.

11. Mutual dreams :-
Mutual dreams are described as such when two people have the same dream. Mutual dreams may be intentional, meaning that two people actively work toward achieving one dream state or goal. It is a way to improve communication and build trust. Mutual dreams can also be unprompted. You find out that a friend, a significant other, faraway relative, or someone has had the same dream on the same night as you. Not much study has gone into the singularity of mutual dreams, but there is a very strong bond that exists between these two people.

Difference between this BLOG and any other source ONLINE:-

You might be thinking that what difference can I make as there are millions of Websites and Blogs already serving this purpose. The reason my BLOG is UNIQUE because I have personal experiences too regarding dreams. When I was young I searched on the internet about the MEANING or INTERPRETATION of my DREAMS but in vain as nearly all of the sources of DREAM INTERPRETATION  online use a per-written Dreams dictionary. But that's not how it works really to be honest.

Do  the  dreams  have the same meanings for all or is there any
           difference?

Every human being is UNIQUE and so are his/her DREAMS.Dreams are but revelations that come to US in encrypted form , Either we need someone who not only possesses the extensive reading but moreover MUST also possess THE POWER  OF  INTUITION as to interpret dreams it plays a Huge role .And intuition is a BY Birth ability to for see future or extra ordinarily understand the gravity of a situation. The equation goes like below....

   Extensive reading (10%)  + Intuition (90%)  --------->   Dream Interpretation

Why do you need to Understand/Interpret YOUR Dreams?

Dreams are your connection with GOD and while you are asleep ,your subconscious gets connected with a network where  you are given a hint of some future happening or something that has happened in the past even before your birth.
